| • December 1971 | Il Hwa Co. Ltd. was established at Songjungdong, Sungdong-Gu, Seoul, South Korea. |
| • February 1972 | Ginseng products were introduced and permit for manufacturing was granted under the Health and Hygiene Law #52. |
| • July 1972 | Import/Export permitted. |
| • November 1973 | Recognized with Presidential Award for Achievement of 1 Million Dollar exports. |
| • November 1975 | Achieved 10 Million Dollar export. |
| • September 1982 | Il Hwa Technology Research Institute was established. |
| • October 1989 | Established in the Philippines under the name Il Hwa Philippines, Inc. |
| • March 1994 | Certified KGMP (The Good Manufacturing Practice in Korea). |
| • November 1999 | Granted ISO (International Standardization Organization) - the first and only ginseng manufacturer/distributor ever received such recognition. |
