RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
To be eligible for a return, the merchandise purchased must be unused or unconsumed and in the same form and condition at the time it was purchased. It must still be in its original packaging, and must have the original copy of the official receipt as proof of purchase.
Refunds are not allowed, only exchange of merchandise. No amount is refunded if the merchandise being returned is exchanged for another item whose price is lower. Moreover, items that have been altered, damaged or used, can no longer be exchanged, unless the defect is found to be manufacturer’s.
Return and Exchange of merchandise is only allowed within three (3) days from the date of purchase.
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING OR EXCHANGING OF MERCHANDISE
Notify the company via email at: email@example.com within three (3) days from the date of purchase and receipt of merchandise. Specify the reason(s) for changing the merchandise and the item you have wished for as replacement. Upon receipt of such email, IL Hwa will immediately email back informing the availability of the chosen merchandise. Once the merchandise is available, IL Hwa will then advise to send back the merchandise previously purchased at the following address:

Refunds cannot be made for returned merchandise. They can only be replaced by merchandise of the same amount or higher value.
DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Merchandise with factory defect/s must be reported immediately within 24 hours upon receipt of the merchandise.
Merchandise returned believed to be damaged or defective shall be subject to thorough testing and inspection. Once the merchandise is found truly defective or damaged, IL HWA will replace the merchandise and at the same time shoulder the corresponding shipping or freight charges.
